    The process is simple: place your hat on the Hat Shaper, adjust the crown supports for a snug fit, apply Hat Stiffening Spray to the crown, then select your timer and fan speed and let the controlled airflow reshape and dry the hat naturally. The stiffening spray helps the crown hold its restored shape after it is removed from the Hat Shaper. Use less spray for a softer, more flexible hold or more spray for a firmer, longer-lasting result.

    Lightly damp hats typically take about 15–30 minutes, while fully wet hats may require a few hours. The Air Brim Deflector can be used to help direct airflow and promote more even drying.

          I wear a baseball hat every day and living in Florida they can get pretty sweaty and need to wash them often. This item helps keep them looking new which absolutely saves me money. It's a little bulky so storage is a bit of an issue but it's worth dealing with to keep my hats looking nice. Very easy to use, it's pretty self explanatory.

          I finally found a solution to bring life back to many of my favorite hats that I thought I had lost due to too much wear and not enough care. It was simple, I washed the hat then put it on the hat care machine. I've got a bigger head so I adjusted it as such. Within a few hours I had my old hat back. It's a must if you have hats that, like mine, have been neglected.

          I don't review items often - but this one was worth it. I have some old hats that I didn't want to wear anymore because they were all bent out of shape and gross. This hat shaper was easy to setup, had clear instructions, and really helped put some life back into my old hat. It's also nice that it's adjustable to fit my hats that are various sizes. This item is great and unique from anything else I've found! Would recommend.

            Hat Shaper takes already washed and wrinkled hats and reshapes them back to their original form, it does not clean them.

            It is designed not to stain or damage but it is always recommended to test on a small area before applying to the whole hat.

            Stiffening Spray

            Hat Shaper's purpose is to reshape your hat without the risk of damaging it. Instead, we use a room-temperature fan to dry your hat and allow the Stiffening Spray to set properly. Heat can cause damage to hats, especially plastic snapback closures and sewn-on badging, which is why Hat Shaper is designed to work without it.

            It depends on how much Stiffening Spray you use. A few quick sprays will typically dry in 10–15 minutes, damp hats will take 30–60 minutes, and wet hats will take 3–4 hours.

            Hat Shaper should be used after each wash, and any other time you see fit. It can be applied as little or as much as you want.
