90-Day Limited Warranty

Coverage: Hat Shaper warrants its products against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase. During this period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product determined to be defective due to materials or workmanship.

Exclusions: This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, improper installation, maintenance or storage, or events outside our reasonable control.

Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, contact us at hatshaper@danycollc.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may request photographs, additional information, or return of the product for inspection.

Resolution: If the product is determined to be defective and covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If the same product is unavailable, we may provide a comparable replacement or refund the original purchase price.

Limitation of Liability: Our obligations under this limited warranty are limited to the remedies stated above. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
