The system combines Hat Shaper, Hat Stiffening Spray, the 5-in-1 Hat Cleaning Kit, Hat Washing Cage, and Hat Brim Bender to create a complete restoration process from start to finish. Clean away dirt, sweat, oils, stains, and odors, wash your hats with added protection, restore the crown to its intended shape, and create the brim curve that fits your style.

Start with the 5-in-1 Hat Cleaning Kit to target sweat stains, dirt, buildup, and odors. For hats that need a more complete wash, place the cap inside the Hat Washing Cage to help protect the crown and brim during cleaning. The cage can be used on the top rack of a dishwasher or in a top-loading washing machine without an agitator.

After cleaning, place the damp hat on the Hat Shaper and adjust the crown supports for a snug fit. Apply Hat Stiffening Spray to the crown, then select your timer and fan speed. Hat Shaper uses room-temperature airflow instead of heat or steam to dry and reshape the crown, while the Stiffening Spray adds structure so the hat holds its restored shape after drying.

Finish the restoration with the Hat Brim Bender. Use the upper slot for a softer, more natural curve or the lower slot for a deeper, more defined bend. Leave the brim in place for about 24 hours to help train it into the shape you want.
