After setting up Hat Shaper, simply spray the hat with the stiffening spray as much or as little as you like. The more spray you use the longer it will hold its shape. Next, place the hat onto Hat Shaper (adjust the crown if needed). Turn on the fan to the level you want and then the amount of time you want it to dry for. If your hat is dry and you are just adding stiffening spray 30 minutes should be enough, but if it is coming out of the wash it may need a few hours. Once Hat Shaper turns off your hat is ready to show off its new shape.

Yes, we have a 90 day warranty on our Hat Shaper.

Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. During this time, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product that proves to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship.
