At Hat Shaper, we’re proud to help bring your favorite hats back to life. Please review our shipping and returns policy carefully so there are no surprises.


Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days while items are in stock
  • Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on location
  • Free standard shipping is offered on all orders
  • During holidays or high-volume periods, shipping times may be slightly longer
  • We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policy

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition
  • All original packaging and inserts must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Returns must be approved before being sent back

⚠️ Used items are not eligible for return.
Once a Hat Shaper has been used on a hat, it cannot be resold.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging
  • We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund once the issue is verified

Refund Process

  • Approved returns are inspected upon receipt
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds

Additional Guidelines

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Returns due to preference or misunderstanding are subject to a 10% restocking fee
  • Incorrect Address: Refunds cannot be issued for packages undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided at checkout
  • Unapproved Returns: Returns sent without approval or missing original packaging may be refused
