After setting up the Hat Shaper, simply spray the hat with the stiffening spray as much or as little as you like. The more spray you use the longer it will hold its shape. Next, place the hat onto the Hat Shaper (adjust the crown if needed). Turn on the fan to the level you want and then the amount of time you want it to dry for. If your hat is dry and you are just adding stiffening spray 30 minutes should be enough, but if it is coming out of the wash it may need a few hours. Once the Hat Shaper turns off your hat is ready to show off its new shape.

The Hat Shaper can be used with baseball caps, dad hats, snapback caps, fitted caps, curved brim caps, flat brim caps, trucker caps, and adjustable caps.

The Hat Shaper's purpose is to reshape your hat without the risk of damaging it. All cleaning and scrubbing to get any gunk out of your hat is up to you. We want to give our customers the comfort knowing that their hat will get back to its correct shape without damage. Because of this we instead have a cooling fan in the Hat Shaper to dry your hat and allow the stiffening spray to set properly.

Yes, we have a 90 day warranty on our Hat Shaper.
